From his earliest days, Micah possessed an unshakeable belief in his potential to leave a significant mark on the world. Although his name was initially unrecognized, his resolve to establish a meaningful legacy never wavered. Growing up, he consistently shared his dreams of entrepreneurial success with his parents, asserting time and again his determination to make these dreams a reality. Micah’s professional journey began at the age of 15, when he took on a summer job that paid $10.30 per hour. This role, though modest, was pivotal—it ignited a spark within him, fueling his aspirations. He found joy in his work and pride in his earnings, but his ambitions extended beyond what this job could offer. Driven by a desire for greater accomplishments, he soon took a year-round position that offered $11.15 per hour, setting the stage for rapid professional growth. By the age of 17, Micah had not only climbed the ranks within his company but had also earned an “Above and Beyond” certificate, a testament to his exceptional work ethic and leadership. His efforts were rewarded with a promotion to a managerial role, where he earned $18.97 per hour. However, the routine of a 9-to-5 job soon grew monotonous, and at 18, Micah felt a compelling urge to break free from the average and pursue something greater. Embracing the challenges of entrepreneurship, Micah embarked on a journey marked by trial and error. Throughout this process, he encountered various hurdles but also gained invaluable insights from mentors who guided him along the way. By the age of 19, confident in the knowledge and experience he had accumulated, Micah made the bold decision to quit his job and dedicate himself full-time to his business ventures. In partnership with Lukas, a friend and fellow visionary, Micah co-founded this podcast. Their goal was clear: to change the world for the better and inspire others to chase their dreams with the same fervor and determination. Micah and Lukas believe in the power of community and the importance of following one’s passion, principles that they advocate through their podcast, encouraging listeners to step beyond the ordinary and strive for the extraordinary.
